Situated close to the ancient city of Isfahan, Najafabad also follows closely in the style and patterns of Isfahan and to some extent Kashan. The carpets quality is a bit lower than Isfahan but they are very symmetrical and often flouting very large medallions extending almost to the carpet borders.
